There’s one day a year when love is in the air more than usual. It’s the Superbowl of date nights! Valentine’s day is approaching and we know that you’ve got plans. But, do those plans include an amazing cocktail? The Clifton Sunset Cocktail is the best way to start Valentine’s Day, with elegant flavours and presentation. .

A cocktail that celebrates citrus, the Clifton Sunset Cocktail includes ClemenGold GinTM, fresh lemon juice and citrus syrup. The citrus syrup is an easy recipe that you can make at home with just a few ingredients and adds even more to the party. Citrus syrup is very similar to simple syrup but with a kick of lemon juice. Citrus syrup is also handy in many other cocktails and one batch lasts for a month in the fridge. The recipe guidelines below includes the time it takes to make the syrup, but the cocktail takes less than five minutes to prepare.
