- Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected in places over the West Coast of the Western Cape and interior of Namakwa districts in the Northern Cape including the Central Karoo District and Langeberg Municipality.

Gauteng:
Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm with Isolated showers and thundershowers.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Extreme.
Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Cloudy in the morning, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Cloudy in the morning, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot in the north with isolated showers and thundershowers.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Fine and warm to hot, but cloudy in the east, becoming partly cloudy, with isolated showers and thundershowers in the central and eastern parts.
Free State:
Temperature: Fine and warm to hot, but cloudy in the east, becoming partly cloudy, with isolated showers and thundershowers in the central and eastern parts.
Northern Cape:
Temperature: Fog along the coast at first, where it will be cool, otherwise fine and hot but warm in the southern high ground.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong southerly to south-easterly.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Partly cloudy in the south-west from late morning and along the south coast by the evening, otherwise fine and warm but hot in the north east.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be Light to moderate westerly to north-westerly along the south coast at first, otherwise moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Extreme.
Eastern Cape:
The Western half – Temperature: Warm in places along the coast, otherwise fine and hot.
The Western Half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be Moderate westerly at first, becoming light to moderate south easterly from afternoon, but moderate to fresh south westerly overnight.
The Eastern half – Temperature: Fine at first, otherwise partly cloudy and warm, becoming cloudy with fog in places south of escarpment from late afternoon.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be Light and variable at first becoming moderate south easterly, but north easterly from evening.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Fine and warm becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers except along the coast.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be Moderate to fresh north-easterly, becoming southerly to south-easterly south of Durban in the afternoon.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Very High.
