Mamelodi Sundowns striker Gaston Sirino fails to pitch for training
Al Ahly target Gaston Sirino failed to turn up for Mamelodi Sundowns training on Monday following the club’s order for him to focus on his job.

The Brazilians released a statement confirming the termination of their transfer negotiations with Al Ahly regarding the Uruguayan striker to quell rumours the player could still force his way out of Chloorkop.
SUNDOWNS ORDERED SIRINO TO FOCUS ON HIS PSL CAREER
Sundowns went on to order the 29-year-old Sirino to focus on his PSL career as they begin preparations for the resumption of the 2020/21 season.
Sundowns returned to training on Monday after a short Christmas break, but Sirino was missing.
However, a club official said there is no cause for concern regarding Gaston Sirino’s absence.
“There are no issues, he is not the only player missing today,” the official told KickOff.com.
Egyptian giants Al Ahly are understood to be willing to pay up to R50 million for Sirino, while Sundowns are believed to be asking for closer to R90 million.
Al Ahly conducts its transfers in US dollars.
SUNDOWNS ARE NEXT IN ACTION ON JANUARY 2
Sundowns are next in action on Saturday, January 2 in a mouth-watering clash against Orlando Pirates at Loftus Versfeld at 15:30.
At the festive season break, Sundowns are currently top of the DStv Premiership standings with 18 points after just eight matches.
