This Sausage and Noodle Bake is effortless and ready to serve in less than thirty minutes

These days it feels like we have too little time to spend with our loved ones, and that getting take-out food is the easy way to get a meal after a long day. However, we all know that take-out food is not exactly filled with nutrition and can actually make us feel way worse afterwards. Well, that is not the case with this noodle bake.

So, when in need of a meal that is effortless to make and ready to serve to your loved ones in under half an hour this is my go to dish. It consists of all the items you probably already have in the pantry and in your fridge.

What is the best part of this noodle bake? You’ll be able to eat with your family and have plenty of time left afterward to spend quality time together.

For a healthier option swop out the regular wheat spaghetti for a red lentil or chickpea spaghetti to add toy your protein intake.
