Cynthia’s easy flapjacks recipe

A trendy coffee shop in George that belonged to my mother in law, served these fluffy, melt in the mouth flapjacks. She could never make them fast enough for all the tourists and local clients.

My three daughters love these, especially on a weekend morning. You can serve these flapjacks drizzled with golden syrup or honey.
