Kaizer Chiefs target parts ways with Black Leopards

The midfielder has seen very little game time at Lidoda Duvha, making just five appearances before the 2019/20 season went into hiatus early last month.

He confirmed that his contract with Leopards has been terminated after making a single appearance from the bench in the new year.
“I am no longer a Black Leopards player. I know that people have been asking where I am,” Tshepe told the publication. “The truth is that my contract with Leopards has been terminated and the club management have their own reasons why. I cannot tell you the reason why. “To be honest I do not understand why my contract was terminated. But I have just taken it like a man and I have moved on with my life.”

Tshepe was the subject of controversy in March 2019, when it emerged that he and teammate Joseph Mhlongo snuck women into their hotel room ahead of ann away game against Bloemfontein Celtic, which they went on to lose 3-0.
After being briefly frozen out from the starting line-up, he was back to being a regular under former coach Dylan Kerr.
However, his involvement in the first team waned considerably, with all his appearances this season coming from the bench.
This is after being at the club since 2011.
“I have been in the game for long and I understand that these things happen. I am training alone at home,” he added. “My focus now is to stay fit and get a team next season. It is tough to train alone due to lockdown.”

Tshepe was linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs while Leopards was in the first division.
After helping the club to promotion, he raised his stock with good performances in the premiership.
